Fujitsu Further Improves AIRSTAGE Cloud BMS with v3.1.4
Fujitsu General America’s AIRSTAGE Cloud BMS is constantly evolving to better serve its users. The latest release, v3.1.4-R4, contains multiple updates and new tools to simplify commissioning and help contractors solve VRF issues.
AIRSTAGE Cloud is a highly versatile cloud platform that provides Building Management Systems as a Service. It effectively and efficiently monitors, manages, and helps maintain AIRSTAGE VRF and mini split systems, along with the ability to control and monitor third party equipment.
The key benefit of the new AIRSTAGE Cloud release is simplification of service and increased uptime. With the inclusion of new tools, the BMS allows service professionals to remotely diagnose a problem, understand the service solution, and have the parts on the truck before a service tech goes to a site. Reducing or eliminating time spent on the phone with tech support makes AIRSTAGE VRF systems easier to install and service.
AIRSTAGE Cloud has always provided instantaneous alerts if a VRF issue occurs. With v3.1.4-R4, these alerts now contain detailed diagnostic information by providing a diagnostic decision tree. Within the alarm panel, the error code is now hyperlinked directly to the service manual. A contractor can now instantly find the suggested service procedure and spare parts without having to leave the Cloud. The error messages will also be hyperlinked in the archive of Service Manager for easy reference.
With these new features, servicing AIRSTAGE VRF systems has never been easier. AIRSTAGE Cloud saves time and money by making service organization more efficient and responsive. To schedule a demo of AIRSTAGE Cloud, please visit www.airstagecloud.com
