Our Counter Sales and Service Associates play a key role in supporting local contractors and strengthening Johnstone Supply’s industry leadership. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product selection, troubleshoot technical questions, and build strong relationships through excellent service. You’ll process orders accurately, manage returns, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Ongoing learning is essential as you stay current on products and industry updates. Ideal candidates bring 3 years of related experience, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
