Peabody Essex Museum seeks a full-time HVAC Maintenance Mechanic II to install, maintain, and repair diverse HVAC and mechanical plant systems. The role is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied conditions. Schedule is 40 hours/week (7:00 am–4:00 pm) with overtime and on-call duties. Responsibilities include boilers and steam systems, chillers and cooling towers, rooftop units, VAV, and air handling systems. Requirements include a Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician’s License, valid driver’s license, six years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience, BAS knowledge, technical education, strong diagnostic skills, and a professional, collaborative attitude.
