The HVAC Technician is a 24hr on call position. During the workday, will be responsible for maintaining the indoor climate. During off hours the systems can be accessed on-line for assessment and/or adjustment. Other primary duties:
– Perform preventive maintenance on all plant HVAC/R equipment.
– Make routine checks, inspections, and services of plant equipment and diagnoses problems.
– Assist with general maintenance duties.
-Installs heating and air conditioning equipment.
-Replace filters in air handlers/fan coil units.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years experience working on all types of HVAC/R systems with Trade or Vocational school graduation, completed an approved apprenticeship or equivalent on the job training, be able to work with computers and a working knowledge of building automation/energy management software, and a current driver’s license is required.
