Proactively grow sales of Alfa Laval Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers through channel network in 13 state West Coast territory. Home based position ideally located in CA, but can be flexible within territory.

Develop strong customer network and generate leads through social media and digital events
Analyze territory to determine competitive landscape, market potential, and go to market strategy
Capitalize on technical competence and market awareness to assure optimized and competitive solutions offered
Drive channel sales performance through channel development, technical consulting and quote guidance
Educate engineering community on how to properly specify and design gasketed plate heat exchangers

​Knowledge, Skills & Abilities desired:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, advanced degree a plus
Proven technical solution selling experience
Strong technical aptitude and curiosity
Proactive, relentless sales focus
Travel estimated 30%+
