The Technical Support Representative is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing structure for technical sales support, training, and warranty. Responsibilities include providing a technical resource for customers and employees regarding equipment best practices. Develop technical and NATE related training programs for customers and employees. Assist Account Managers in closing sales opportunities. Provide structure related to warranty and unit exchange policy to reduce the number of warranty transactions. Our customers are professional certified Technicians and Contractors who come to Johnstone for our product selection, expertise, and quality service. Johnstone is growing, and so can you.
