The 2020 Mingledorff’s Dealer Meeting took place on January 14-15 at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Atlanta. They kicked off the week by inviting over 400 customers and employees to watch the College Football National Championship Game between Clemson and LSU at the
Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s Mercedes-Benz Club on January 13th. With over 70 TVs, and a live High School all-star game happening on the field, it was the perfect venue for a night of football and fun.

This year’s meeting focused on Mingledorff’s mission of “Equipping HVAC Professionals to Succeed.” From marketing to diversifying their business, Bryant, Carrier, and Heil dealers from all across the Southeast soaked up HVAC focused content, participated in additional training, and networked with 800 registered attendees for a full day and a half. On stage, Mingledorff’s announced upcoming tools such as their new SINGLE SOURCE mobile app which will enable dealers to do business and access product information and inventory virtually anytime, anywhere. Carrier brought in several speakers to introduce exciting news, products and technology coming from the factory in 2020. Dealers also heard from several of their peers during multiple Q&A panels and live testimonials about what has made them successful in the HVAC industry and how Mingledorff’s can help those in the audience do the same. A dinner and tradeshow continued into the evening with over 70 HVAC and plumbing exhibitors represented along with all of Mingledorff’s departments and personnel helping dealers implement new ideas, products and solutions for 2020.

The following morning, a keynote presentation was delivered by former University of Georgia head football coach and athletic director, Vince Dooley. He spoke on how to equip a team for success, bringing stories and lessons learned from the football field to hundreds of dealers in attendance. The meeting concluded with an awards presentation, recognizing dealers from each region for their accomplishments during the prior year and announcing the 2021 Dealer Meeting in Savannah, Georgia.
