Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US Honors BellSimons with Awards for Outstanding Support and Growth

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS), the exclusive provider of Zoned Comfort Solutions® and a leading supplier of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heating and cooling systems, recently honored BellSimons Companies of Hartford, Connecticut (BellSimons) with the 2019 Diamond Service Group (DSG) Of The Year Award for the Northeast and the 2019 Crowning Achievement Award.

The Mitsubishi Electric DSG network comprises more than 300 technical service support professionals employed by distributors in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. DSG members serve as the local customer contact for troubleshooting and offer support for METUS systems sold and installed through the distributor network.

“Every year, DSG members normally come together for the opportunity to network with peers and receive training and technical support for METUS commercial and residential systems,” says Sean Dwyer, senior director, field technical service, Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US. “Despite having to cancel this year’s annual National Diamond Service Group Conference, we still wanted to recognize the BellSimons DSG team for their exceptional product and customer support for Mitsubishi Electric M- and P-Series product lines.”

BellSimons also received the 2019 Crowning Achievement Award in recognition of outstanding growth year-over-year.
