The Portland Group, the family-owned, multi-generation plumbing, heating and air-conditioning company, is giving back to the community through an ongoing campaign to feed first responders throughout New England.

Every day one of The Portland Group locations, either retail or wholesale, orders from a local restaurant and has the food delivered to either a local hospital, fire station, EMS station or school drive. This amazing campaign is running through @Splash_Sprtizo Instagram and @ThePortlandGroup Twitter. Each day followers can track where The Portland Group will be ordering from and where it is being donated.

“Our hope is that our loyal followers will consider adding to our donations and help us as we support our local restaurants and those who are on the front line,” states Michael Fox, CEO of The Portland Group.

In the first week, The Portland Group, Splash and Spritzo partnered with Farm Grill and Rotisserie in Newton to deliver to Newton Wellesley Hospital, 900 Degree Pizzeria in Manchester to deliver to Elliot Hospital, Bourbon’s Kitchen & Cocktails in Framingham to deliver to Framingham Union Hospital, Pantry Pizza Kitchen in Dorchester to deliver to Carney Hospital and Carroll’s Diner in Medford to deliver to Winchester Hospital. The campaign will run through the middle of April.

The Portland Group currently owns numerous wholesale locations across New England, along with six retail showroom locations – Splash in Newton, MA and Spritzo showrooms located in Clinton, CT; Middletown, CT; Providence, RI; Saco, ME, and Worcester, MA.
