Tommy Fuller Promoted to Cental Alabama Industrial & Institutional Sales for Wittichen Supply
Tommy Fuller has been promoted to Cental Alabama Industrial & Institutional Sales for Wittichen Supply Company. Tommy has been with Wittichen Supply since June of 2012. He started as a delivery driver with Wittichen, and challenged himself to learn the HVAC products and customers while in that role within the company.
Tommy advanced to Counter Sales where he continued to learn the products and build relationships and trust with the Wittichen Supply customer base. He has been recently promoted to Central Alabama Industrial & Institutional Sales in late June of this year.
“It is my goal to promote Wittichen Supply as a trustworthy supplier to the HVAC industry”, said Tommy. “It is also my goal to be viewed more as an asset to our customers than as a salesman,” Tommy went on to say.
Tommy has a long history serving the HVAC community. He started working for Rheem Mfg (Water Heater Division) in June of 2000. While at Rheem he served in three different roles. Starting in the plant on the assembly line, one year later Tommy took a job in the Technical Service department. As a Tech Analyst he assisted contractors and homeowners with diagnosing issues with their water heaters (residential and commercial) and serviced in this role for four years.
After leaving Technical Support Tommy took a job in the Contract Dept. where he negotiated service contracts between Rheem and warranty service providers. It was his job to negotiate service contracts, assist in warranty parts being shipped out, and also training.
HVAC being a family affair, Tommy’s mom retired from Rheem in August of 2017 and his brother, Christopher Fuller, is still employed serving in the role of Territory Sales Manager S.E. Region. Tommy is a graduate of Pratt-ville High School where he played on the varsity baseball team and helped win the Dixie Majors World Series in 1999. Tommy is married to his wife Candsis and has two children, daughter Tera, age 10, and son Colin, age 6.
