The Women in HVACR (WHVACR) organization is exhibiting in booth 2273 in the West Building of the AHR Expo in Orlando, FL February 10 – 12, 2025. They are also presenting 25 topics in the AHR Expo Education Program.

WHVACR is dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) industry through networking, mentoring, and educational opportunities. Founded in 2002, the organization has grown to over 1,200 members, with support from 18 industry partners and more than 60 sponsors.

The organization envisions becoming the leading platform for women in HVACR, fostering both professional and personal growth through diverse avenues of connection and development.

WHVACR offers scholarships to support women pursuing careers in the industry, whether through engineering, business degrees, or trade school education. The Women in HVACR Endowment Fund aims to reach $1 million to provide at least six annual scholarships indefinitely. This initiative helps break financial barriers and encourages diversity and inclusion within the field. Donors can contribute at various sponsorship levels, directly impacting future generations of women entering the trades.

The mentorship program connects members to share knowledge, experiences, and professional guidance, fostering career development and personal growth. This two-way relationship builds trust, accountability, and valuable support, helping members define goals, navigate workplace challenges, and advance in their careers.
