For more than a century, Parker Hannifin has been enabling engineering breakthroughs that lead to a better tomorrow. Parker was the first to launch a flame-free refrigerant fitting, ZoomLock, and continues to provide advanced products for HVACR contractors.

Parker is now upgrading their “press-to-connect refrigerant fittings” to ZoomLock MAX, an improved version of the original ZoomLock. ZoomLock MAX allows contractors to make secure leak-free connections in seconds. It means less time on the job and more money in the contractor’s pocket. ZoomLock MAX provides a clean, leak-proof connection for refrigerant lines while eliminating concerns about oxygen-acetylene torches and flames. It gives you more flexibility in where and when you can work, plus there’s no need to nitrogen-purge the lines.

ZoomLock MAX comes in hermetically sealed packaging; the hard, robust copper fittings are debris-free and ready for installation, assuring the contractor of a clean system. Additionally, no more crimp gauge is needed. With one complete cycle, you connect the fitting.

ZoomLock MAX works with the tool you already use. Jaws are available for most professional crimping tool brands, both large and compact. Couplings, elbows, tees, flares, and more are available in sizes 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 7/8”, 1”, and 1-1/8.”

The new and improved ZoomLock MAX fittings are only compatible with Rothenberger press jaws and so if you have an existing set of jaws you can trade them in for a complete set of seven of the Rothenberger jaws that will include the ¼” and ¾” sizes.

Parker is also adding ZoomLock Push, a “push-to-connect refrigerant fitting” to their product offering. No brazing torch is needed, and no press tools or jaws are necessary. It easily connects copper piping with a push to create a perfect, secure seal. ZoomLock PUSH made of a robust, durable brass body with unique double O-rings comes in two versions, R410A Optimized, and Removable.
ZoomLock PUSH R410A Optimized is an excellent option for the air conditioning contractor to make connections in seconds. Couplings and elbows are available in the following sizes 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 7/8”, and SAE flares are available in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”.

ZoomLock PUSH Removable is single-use with a quick-release feature, also an excellent choice for the HVACR contractor. Couplings and elbows are available in the following sizes 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, and 7/8.”
