“With all of the new and emerging technologies, investing in training, both for our employees and our customers, is more critical than ever,” said Air Purchases Commercial Sales Manager Tim Conrad. “With three Fujitsu Distributor Qualified Instructors (DQIs) on staff, three authorized Fujitsu Training Academies, and nearly 100 years of combined HVAC experience on our training team, we are able to offer a full spectrum of hands-on, live-equipment training to support our customers purchasing Fujitsu products.”

Air Purchases is the only New England distributor to offer a complete line of Fujitsu residential and commercial products, including its three-phase VRF systems. Classes are held at the company’s Fujitsu Training Academies in Burlington and Hyannis, MA, and in Manchester, NH. They provide in-depth instruction on the application, installation, operation and troubleshooting of Fujitsu’s Halcyon® mini-splits and Airstage® VRF systems. Most classes are offered free or at a nominal cost to contractors.

Air Purchases also provides training on the Ventacity HVAC2 Smarter Building Platform™, which integrates seamlessly with Fujitsu’s VRF systems. It uses artificial intelligence to deliver real-time and historical information to architects, engineers and design-builders, allowing them to remotely gain deeper insights into actual building performance, and make thoughtful, proactive decisions to further improve building efficiency, health, and user comfort.

“Fujitsu offers HVAC/design-build contractors and engineers a wide range of high-performance, energy-saving products suitable for any residential or commercial HVAC application,” said Conrad. “Equally important, as is evidenced by events like the Technical Service Advisor Conference and its recognition of Air Purchases own investment in training, they share our commitment to helping our customers succeed in the changing world of HVAC.”

Now approaching its 50th year in business, Air Purchases (www.airpurchases.com) is headquartered in Burlington, MA, and has branches in Brockton, Dedham, and Hyannis, MA, and in Manchester, NH, where it is known as Engel HVAC Supply. The company also maintains a custom sheet metal fabrication shop in Burlington.
