Mingledorff’s is proud to announce their very own Theo Stathakis has been named one of the 2019 Top 40 Under 40 HVACR Professionals by a leading HVAC publication. Congratulations Theo!

Theo Stathakis grew up in the HVAC business. Starting at 16 years old, Theo worked for his father’s Carrier dealership, Air Systems Control. Theo continued to work for his father on weekends while he was attending Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. After finishing his degree, Theo went to work for Mingledorff’s in the warehouse. Theo was going to school at night to finish up his MBA at Mercer University and worked full time in counter sales. He was then promoted to outside sales for the company and became Mingledorff’s marketing manager a year later.

Theo has managed Mingledorff’s marketing program for the past four years. During that time he has supported over 50 territory managers in Georgia, Alabama and the Florida panhandle. He has also helped over 600 program dealers and 120 advertising dealers to market their business successfully in the HVAC community.

Theo said his goal is to help grow marketing and Mingledorff’s incentive programs for their customers. He is also dedicated to help Mingledorff’s customers grow in the digital marketplace with smart spending and continued future growth.
