The North Florida Air Conditioning Contractors Association (NFACCA) hosted their annual Christmas Social on December 12, 2020 at the Elks Lodge, 1855 W Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216.

Themed “Flannel and Frost,” the event featured raffle drawings for gift baskets, the annual ‘Jerk the Joker” card game and musical entertainment by the Branford Highway Band. Outdoor games and a bonfire also added to the guests’ enjoyment of the evening.

Understandably, the turnout was significantly lower than previous years, with those in attendance observing distancing guidelines. “Parties that came together sat together and when networking outside everyone was able to keep a good amount of separation,” stated NFACCA President Amy O’Grady. “It was a very intimate time with many safety steps taken to ensure the guests were able to come together safely and celebrate the close of a year.”

NFACCA’s 2020 Officers’ and Board of Directors’ terms are carrying over to 2021. Officers and the Board are President and Executive Director Amy O’Grady, Vice President Lek Gjoka, Treasurer Dan Griffin, Contractor Directors Brent Marler, Janie Ade, Jim Jones and Ed Miller and Associate Directors Kelly Dillon, Roger Hughes, Chelsea Karol, Shawnelle Carrico and Alex Puente.
