American Plumber Stories to Feature Nashville-Based Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical
Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical (Hiller), the region’s premier provider of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service and repair, will be featured on YouTube’s American Plumber.
Stories, produced by Pfister Faucets, and hosted by country music artist Craig Morgan.
American Plumber Stories is a popular docuseries featuring plumbing organizations across the United States. Throughout each episode, companies detail how their business began, advice for future plumbers and other contractors, and the benefits of trade work and trade careers. This YouTube series, produced by Pfister Faucets and hosted by country music entertainer and Army veteran Craig Morgan, focuses on industry-leaders and businesses with unique and inspiring stories. Hiller was a natural fit.
Launched in 1990, Hiller began with a single truck and a commitment to core values which remain staples of its operations today; professionalism, caring, honesty, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee of “Happy You’ll Be or the Service is Free!”. Over the past three decades, Hiller has grown exponentially as a result of loyal homeowners across the southeast. The business now includes over 500 “Happy Face” trucks and 700 associates across 16 locations, serving homes in 7 states throughout the southeast.
Jimmy Hiller, the company’s CEO, founder, and namesake, is extremely passionate about sharing his secrets to success with other businesses. In 2016, Hiller, Terry Nicholson and Jim Abrams partnered to launch PRAXIS S-10, a national success college for contractors across the U.S. In addition to providing invaluable resources for marketing, operations, and hiring, Mr. Hiller hosts weekly lessons and speaks at an annual conference to help provide ongoing support for contractors with aspirations for growth.
“I am so honored to have our organization featured on American Plumber Stories”, remarked Jimmy Hiller, Hiller’s Founder & Chief Executive Officer. “The trades have been historically under-represented in media, so shows like this, that highlight the benefits and successful career pathways in the trades, are extremely important. Allowing us to highlight our business, team members, and history”, he continued, “may inspire young adults or newly-formed contracting companies to achieve their goals, and that is truly special”.
Filming began on-site at Hiller’s corporate headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee on August 29th. On Thursday, September 1st, Pfister Faucets and Craig Morgan toured the facility, interviewed Hiller team members, and spent time reflecting on the company’s success with Jimmy Hiller. The episode is scheduled to air during the show’s third season, beginning in October. For more information about American Plumber Stories, visit www.americanplumberstories.com.
