Butcher Distributor’s Donnie Handler Earns One of the HVAC Industry’s Most Respected Awards

Boosted by success in his Mississippi Gulf coast territory, Donnie Handler earned one of the HVAC Industry’s most respected awards: Trane’s Top Ten. Donnie’s award commemorates his tireless efforts to foster growth and success throughout his territory.

Donnie’s dealers enjoyed sales growth in 2018 by taking advantage of Butcher/Trane resources such as training, marketing, consumer financing, Nexia Connected Home Solutions, and Trane’s Variable Speed Systems. These Trane Dealers attended Butcher’s sales, business, and technical training classes as well as used aggressive marketing and advertising campaigns to increase lead generation.

Donnie’s dealers also embraced Trane’s lucrative financing offers, financing over $1.3 million; all with a 73% approval rate. At the same time, these dealers were leveraging Nexia comfort controls to drive customer connection and product differentiation. Trane Dealers also established leadership in energy efficiency and customer comfort by advancing the expansion of Trane TruComfort Variable Speed Systems and Trane/Mitsubishi Electric Ductless products.

Trane only awards 36 Territory Managers in the United States with this prestigious Top Ten honor. Trane Territory Mangers -nationwide- are unsurpassed in the HVAC industry and the Top Ten winners lead this talented team of professionals.

Geographically dispersed from all four corners of the nation, the Top Ten winners, 10% of the Trane national sales force from all distribution locations, accounted for nearly 15% of Trane’s total business plus a very significant 22% of all Retail Sales Professionals added during the year. Top Ten Territory Managers earned a trip by accomplishing a budget beating performance across the key criteria. Congratulations to Donnie Handler for earning this recognition from the Trane Company.
