Company and individual categories included Sales Achievements, Commercial Excellence, Parts, Supplies, Ductless & VRF Products, Indoor Air Quality, Top Retail Salesperson, Top Infinity Salesperson, Top Infinity Sales Dealer, Incremental Growth, Ecommerce/Innovation, New Business and Partnership Commitment with Carrier.

Mel Velez, CE South Florida General Manager, congratulated all the recipients and encouraged them to continue focusing on providing outstanding customer service, increasing employee engagement in their businesses, and improving the sales process and effectiveness. “You have earned the recognition you’re receiving.
