Greenheck Announces Executive Team Changes
Two Executive Team Members Set to Retire
SCHOFIELD, Wisconsin (March 13, 2024) – Two long-time members of Greenheck’s executive team, Tim Kilgore, President of Sales, and Dave Kallstrom, Chief Marketing Officer, have announced their upcoming retirements effective July 2024.
Tim Kilgore joined Greenheck in 2005 as general manager of the damper and louver business unit after a successful 24-year career in the electrical equipment industry. In 2010, Tim was named division president overseeing the dampers, louvers, and centrifugal fan business units, and in that role led the expansion of Greenheck’s Shelby, North Carolina manufacturing facility. In 2013, he accepted the role of president of sales and marketing. Tim also served an 8-year term with the Air Movement and Control Association International, Inc. (AMCA) serving as president in 2015 and board of directors chairperson in 2016.
Dave Kallstrom began his career with Greenheck in 1986 and has held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, product management, business development, and operations. Early in his tenure, Dave led product management for two new product lines—dampers and louvers. In 1997, he transitioned to the fans business as a product manager and later advanced to general management. He joined the executive team in 2012 and held multiple roles that included international operations, divisional leadership, and chief marketing officer.
As part of the succession plan, Matt Spink has been promoted to Chief Sales Officer with the responsibilities of managing Greenheck’s sales operations, including strategic partnerships and OEM sales. Matt joined Greenheck in 2007 and has served in various managerial positions. He joined the executive team as Senior Vice President of the Mechanical Rep Channel in 2021.
Jackson Smith has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. He began his career with Greenheck in 2006 as an application engineer within the energy recovery business unit and has since served in a variety of roles including product manager, sales manager, and general manager.
Both Kilgore and Kallstrom will remain in their current roles until July 2024 to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
