Inside Notes: The Importance of Economic Strength

March 23, 2019

How important is it to have economic strength in a nation? It’s basically the glue that holds everything together for the most part, along with military power. Normally history shows economic collapse leads to the downfall of a central government and chaos within military. Military power, which some call the ultimate form of power in world politics, requires a thriving economy to function properly.

Look at Venezuela. How did a once recent vibrant oil rich country end up in this mess. That place is about to explode because of socialism. But, it’s more than that. The socialist of the country put Maduro in power after Chavez. That’s like putting your hand on the stove a second time after getting burned the first time. The irony of the story is that those same people are in the dark, with little food or scraps to eat and drinking nasty, dirty water with everyone else. I bet you they didn’t see that coming.

Once again we see that this is just another criminal using government as his cover to steal. You know…a common thief, helped by others so they can have more of a footing near us. Been a lot of sneaky stuff going on down there lately. Who would have thought this could happen in this short time span. We need to take this as a lesson not to go down the same path to ruin and disaster as so many have before us.

People in this country need to start thinking what we can agree on first, to keep the country strong, which doesn’t seem to be happening; because without the economic and military power, you don’t have a sturdy foundation to work with. Remember the big bad wolf and the three little pigs story? Huff and Puff!

Keep the Faith!
