Florida based Inspected.com, a remote virtual inspection service for construction and renovation industry professionals, is excited to announce that Ryan Schaffer has joined their leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. As Inspected’s COO, Schaffer will implement and optimize new internal processes, execute high level strategy for improving the customer experience, and position the company for growth into new verticals.

Schaffer joins Inspected.com with an extensive career in venture capital, having worked directly with executives and investors in the technology industry over the last twelve years. Schaffer’s strength in developing strategies for growth and identifying new channels for customer acquisition will help Inspected.com’s executive, sales, and marketing teams align goals for the company’s success.

Prior to joining Inspected.com, Schaffer was Vice President of Finance for Composite Ventures, a venture capital company focused on late-stage deals in emerging retail technology and customer data, where he assisted executives at Bridg, a portfolio company that was soon-after acquired for $350 million by Cardlytics. Previously, he was the Director of Finance for Thermal, a venture capital fund + studio in Santa Monica, California.
Schaffer graduated with his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and received his bachelor’s degree from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with a focus in Supply Chain Management.
Passionate about building sustainable communities, Schaffer is also a partner and investor in the construction of a Biodynamic Resort in Costa Rica, which is set to become the campus for Singularity University, a division of Google. His personal interests include golf, fitness, yoga, and basketball.
