Duties: Service & repair HVACR systems for commercial customers. Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies. Maintain good working order of company vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues. Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of customers. Skills: Accredited HVAC Trade School graduate or equivalent. 3+ years field experience in installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting and correcting varied commercial HVAC/R service issues. Ability to identify root cause(s) and clearly explain in layman’s terms to customers. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company. Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to safely push, pull, carry, or move heavier items (with help or appropriate tools); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces. Follow all company procedures and policies.
