About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. This role is a hybrid position that requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership and operational management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of service technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and driving the efficiency and profitability of the service division.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of HVAC service technicians. Provide technical guidance, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate ongoing training to ensure the team maintains high standards of quality and safety.
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily dispatch and coordination of service calls to ensure timely and efficient responses. Manage service workflows from diagnostic to completion, ensuring all service tickets and maintenance reports are accurately completed.
