Matthew Holtkamp President of Conditioned Air Association of Georgia (CAAG) Presents Letter to Members
What a great first quarter of our fiscal year! Tucker and I have traveled the state recruiting new members. We’ve also met in LaGrange several times with our new marketing partner, Elite Marketing Co. to work on our new proposed website. We can’t wait to get your feedback during the district meetings.
One thing that became quickly apparent during our recruitment was that just the two of us out here might only bump the needle on membership; this is something we all must be working together towards. In this interest, the new website must make joining and renewing with CAAG easy.
We have also seen a need for succession planning within the chapters and leadership training will help in this effort. The strength of our chapters very closely aligns with the strength of CAAG. Research is being done to see what that would look like, but it is clear we need you involved at the local level and statewide.
Thank you again for entrusting me with your recommendation to the licensing board. I have learned the many ways CAAG has impacted the regulations we all work by. What an honor to be a part of such a worthy organization. I look forward to seeing you all around the state this Fall!
Be Cool, Matthew Holtkamp, President of Holtkamp Heating & A/C Inc./CAAG President 21′-22′.
