The North Florida Trane District Office hosted the grand opening celebration of their new location on January 10, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Located at 3401 WD Judge Drive, Suite 100, Orlando, FL 32808, the location occupies 60,000 square feet of space and houses Trane Residential and Trane Supply offices and distribution, providing a true one-stop shop for area contractors.

Dozens of contractors and guests toured the facility and enjoyed food catered by the Treehouse Food Truck and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. A vendor trade show, door prizes and specials on select products were featured. Contractors that donated non-perishable food items to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida earned an additional entry to win prizes. As part of the trade show, Trane representatives conducted hourly hands-on demonstrations of the Nexia home intelligence diagnostic system.

“This new facility, with it’s large training room and expansive warehouse, will make it easier for us to provide the service and support our terrific customers deserve,” stated District Manager John Higgins.
