Butcher Distributors took dealers on the annual Parts Fishing Trip to reward them for meeting the goals of the Parts Purchase Incentive Plan. This year’s highly anticipated event was a return to Hopedale, LA on Friday, October 19, 2018; as usual, it was a fun trip and many fish were caught.

The night before the fishing trip, Butcher’s dealers stayed and socialized at the Silver Side Lodges. Butcher’s President, Vice President, and Sales Manager hosted the dealers and barbequed for everyone.

The next morning everyone met at 6:30am at Bayou Charters, run by Capt. Charlie Thomason and his All-Star team of professional guides. Many people know Capt. Charlie from his co-hosting on ESPN Outdoors Redfish Cup Series, formerly of Fish-N-Game report on Fox8 in New Orleans; from his teaching Inshore University seminars at Academy Sports and Outdoors; or from captaincharlie.com.

After leaving on boats filled with refreshments, Butcher Distributors and its Trane Dealers soon began catching fish. They spent the morning filling their ice chests to the brim with fresh redfish. After a long day of fishing, everyone sat back and relaxed as Captain Charlie’s skillful team cleaned and packaged the day’s catches. Everyone left with bags of fresh fillets and sore arms from all the catchin’.
