Samsung Roadshow Trailer Visits Tropic Supply Resource Centers

The Samsung Roadshow Trailer visited Tropic Supply’s Resource Centers in Daytona on January 14 and Orlando on January 15, 2020.

The trailer features working equipment and is a great way to introduce contractors to Samsung products including these innovative climate solutions: Wind Free, Smart Whisper, Slim Duct, 360 cassette and the multi-position air handler.

Samsung Regional Service Manager Carl Gratzer conducted Samsung Advanced Service Introduction classes in conjunction with the trailer visits. Topics covered included residential and light commercial one-to-one and multi-zone mini-split product overviews, basic sequence of operations, common error or fault codes seen in the field, step-by-step procedures to diagnose and repair faults and error codes and diagnostics for control boards, sensors, fan motors, compressors and other major components.
