Solar Supply, Inc. hosted two Johnson Controls International (JCI) dealer meetings at the end of March. Of course, Solar Supply distributes the York and the Luxaire brands of air conditioning and heating equipment, both of which fall under the JCI umbrella.

On Tuesday, March 26th the meeting was held at the Imperial Palace in Biloxi and Wednesday March 27th it took place at the L’Auberge in Baton Rouge.

Both meetings included presentations by JCI representatives as well as ComfortStar ductless splits, Honeywell products and other products offered by Solar Supply. The informative presentations were followed by lunch and an afternoon session.
Beau Dingler explained the reason for having two meetings as “our dealers are free to attend either meeting, but we try to locate one convenient to our Mississippi and Alabama dealers and another one convenient to our Louisiana and Arkansas dealers. We are seeing that the higher SEER products coming out on the market are a little more complex, and therefore require more training. At Solar Supply, we are committed to providing the highest possible customer service, and a big part of that is product training and support from our partners at JCI (York/Luxaire) and Comfortstar.”
