Trane recognized their 2020 top performing dealers for the North and South Florida markets during a virtual Dealer Celebration awards ceremony held in March. The Zoom Meeting was sponsored by HVAC sales software and data management developer Pricebook Digital and hosted by No Pressure Selling.

The meeting began with the dealers being thanked for their support of the Girls on the Run charity initiative. Girls on the Run is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. Girls on the Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

A creative twist to the celebration was having a mixologist join the presentation. In the weeks leading up to the meeting, Trane sent the participating dealers boxes containing a charcuterie selection and ingredients, mixers, bar tools and tumblers. The mixologist led the attendees in preparing Moscow Mules and Mojitos.

Major categories recognized were the SOAR (Success Over All Resistance) awards, Top 10, Million Dollar Dealers and Pacesetters. The SOAR Award recognizes a Top 10 Volume Dealer who has the highest total purchase increase over prior year, highest XL/XV sales increase over prior year, highest ductless sales increase over prior year and the highest Nexia sales increase over prior year.
Top 10 Volume Dealers were recognized for year-over-year growth and participation in all key metrics during the Program Effective Period.

Pacesetter Awards were given to dealers exhibiting outstanding growth in many key areas of their business with Trane, mainly based on residential and commercial growth in air conditioning and heating services.
