Tropic Supply hosted a grand opening celebration of their St. Petersburg Resource Center, located at 12395 Belcher Road, Ste. 320, Largo, Florida 33773 on November 7, 2018. The main event, a open house and vendor showcase, was held on the 7th from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. and attracted several hundred visitors.

An unprecedented number of training classes were held on the 7 and 8 as part of the celebration. Sessions were conducted in the Ruud Road Show expandable 53-foot mobile learning and training center as well as the Tropic Supply on-site classroom. Fujitsu, Copeland, Sporlan, Regal, Synchrony, Honeywell Refrigerants, Intermatic, Russell, Valassis, Testo and Ruud were among the brands providing instruction.

The grand opening was catered by the Wicked Wiches food truck and dozens of prizes were raffled, including a Yeti cooler and ductless system grand prize.
