Fort Lauderdale-based Air Pros Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning Services (Air Pros USA) announced the acquisition of One Source Home Service (One Source), a Colorado Springs-based HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company. Under the agreement, One Source will continue operating under its existing brand in Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas, while becoming a part of Air Pros USA’s family of companies. The addition strengthens Air Pros USA’s position as the largest HVAC service provider in Colorado Springs.

The owners of One Source Home Service, Scott and Jason Bidwell, will remain with the company to lead the Colorado Springs office and will help grow Air Pros USA’s brand nationally. Currently, the company operates in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, and Washington State.

One Source Home Service operates with 60 trucks and 115 employees in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, to provide HVAC, ductwork, plumbing, electrical, and home energy services to 30,000 residential and commercial customers. Air Pros USA’s existing fleet vehicles in Colorado will be rebranded to One Source, and employees and customers will migrate to operate under the One Source Home Service brand.

Since January 2020, Air Pros USA acquired three HVAC service companies in Colorado Springs including Climate Solutions LLC, Wright Total Indoor Comfort, LLC, and Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning.
