It has been said that we should celebrate the life of a lost friend – easier said than done. I knew Art Penchansky for many years. He encouraged me to get into the publishing business in 1997. I had been in the HVAC business for fifteen years, as a contractor. I managed a wholesale distribution company for many years and was a manufacturers’ representative when I got the call. I began producing the New England edition of the Insider.

Art called to help me take over the Empire/Metro paper and his help and professionalism was invaluable. He was a loyal husband, dedication to his job and customers was tremendous and he was a good friend. He will be missed.

I know that his are big shoes to fill but we will make every effort to continue with the quality of service you expect as we spring ahead (weather permitting).
