March 27, 2019

During the beginning of February, Butcher’s dealers across all 7 locations attended Variable Speed Service Training. The class was designed to keep service techs and installers up to date with Trane’s latest technology.

The class went over variable speed troubleshooting, Nexia equipment and Wi-Fi, expansion valves, new furnace platforms, and much more. Instructors demonstrated the various training and troubleshooting tools provided by Trane and how technicians can use the tools to their advantage while out in the field. Participants also left the class with a USB of Butcher’s New Orleans FSR’s, Neal Bienvenu, most used troubleshooting guides.

Butcher has one final training class on its schedule, Trane 4-day Boot Camp. Boot Camp is designed to help boost residential HVAC sales and profits and teach employees how to overcome homeowner objections. Contact a Butcher TM for more information.
