Hood Repair 365, a leading provider of commercial kitchen exhaust system services, is seeking a skilled and reliable Exhaust Hood Technician to join our fast-growing team. We specialize in exhaust hood cleaning, commercial fan repair, and kitchen ventilation maintenance for restaurants and commercial kitchens from Tampa to Naples.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform NFPA 96-compliant kitchen exhaust hood cleanings

Conduct routine and emergency exhaust fan maintenance & repair

Install fan hinge kits, access panels, and grease containment systems

Inspect and maintain rooftop exhaust systems, motors, and ductwork

Use power washing and degreasing equipment to clean hoods, ducts, and fans

Ensure all work is completed to code and safety standards

Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings to clients

Travel daily to customer sites across Southwest Florida (company vehicle provided)
