Longtime HVAC industry veteran Lance Howard was recently named Pensacola Branch Manager. Lance brings to his new position over 27 years in the HVAC industry. The first 7 of those years in HVAC, working as a service technician and the last 20 in wholesale distribution.

Lance stated he is excited to take on a new challenge and enjoys being part of the Mingledorff’s team. In his spare time, his passion is drag racing and perfecting his grilling technique.
