Steve Lee & Associates has a long and respected presence in the southeast with over 50 years’ experience as a manufacturer’s representative. They represent many complementary products to the VRF and Duct Free market including Zoomlock by Parker, HydraPro and Armacell. The team has excellent relationships with distributors and contractors alike. “Adding a VRF and ductless equipment line just made sense to best serve our customers,” said Steve Lee, HVAC Manager. “With our relationships and expertise in the market paired with a superior manufacturer such as GREE, we are set to achieve big wins in 2019 and beyond.”

This partnership began in November 2018 with team members in the Carolinas and Georgia creating opportunities and introducing the GREE and Tosot product lines. In January, following the AHR Expo in Atlanta, the rest of the team met with Lantz Technologies Group, a business development firm hired by Wells Company for training and sales support of the GREE products, for a celebratory launch of the partnership. Lantz Technologies Group provided product training and introduced their “Results Management” approach.

With this three-way alliance between Wells Company, Steve Lee & Associates and Lantz Technologies Group, the GREE VRF and Tosot ductless product lines will be fully supported, promoted and present in the southeast market.
