Tecumseh’s Contractor Corner, Compressors and Condensers Featured at AHR Expo
For the second AHR Expo in a row, Tecumseh held a round-the-clock training session they call Contractor’s Corner, led by Compressor Rex, a 30-year veteran of Tecumseh technical service and an expert diagnosing HVACR systems. Compressor Rex tore down compressors, gave troubleshooting tips and answered any questions had about refrigeration and air conditioning.
In addition to Contractor’s Corner, Tecumseh had their line of legendary compressors on display. From reciprocating, rotary and scroll compressors to AC and DC variable speed options, Tecumseh has the solution for all your cooling needs. In a capacity range of 1/15th to 11 horsepower, Tecumseh has the broadest range of compressors in the light commercial refrigeration market. With service replacement parts available at over 2,000 wholesale locations in North America, and compatibility with a vast array of refrigerants including R-290, A2L and HFO blends, Tecumseh will remain a leader in compressor technology for years to come.
In addition to the compressor line-up, Tecumseh displayed their ARGUS indoor and outdoor condensing units and their newly launched Tecumseh designed by LU-VE unit coolers. Not only does Tecumseh ARGUS offer design flexibility it is also easy to service and has been compliant with the Annual Walk-in Energy Factor (AWEF) requirements since its launch in 2019. To complement ARGUS, Tecumseh also released a line of unit coolers in the capacity range of 3,000 to 60,000 BTU/h. Tecumseh designed by LU-VE unit coolers are extremely quiet, optimize energy usage and minimize frost formation.
