South Florida-based Air Pros Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning Services (Air Pros) announced multiple acquisitions, including its first acquisition outside of Florida, thereby expanding their revenue base to reach and exceed 50 million. Air Pros announced the purchase of Dallas, Texas based Blue Star Heating and Air, and South Florida and Tampa based Solar Bear Cooling and Heating. Air Pros now has Florida operations serving the greater areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando, and Dallas, Texas.

More than 100 trucks operated by Solar Bear and Blue Star will be re-branded under the Air Pros name, adding more than 150,000 customers and 150 employees to Air Pros family. As part of the acquisitions, Air Pros has agreed to honor all customer warranties and guarantees made under the recently acquired companies in South Florida and Dallas.
