We are seeking an experienced estimator to join our dynamic team! Your expertise in construction estimating, project management, and contract negotiation will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects. The estimator will assist in the preparation of complete construction cost estimates for HVAC and Plumbing systems projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

· Reviews and puts together project estimates.

· Using estimating software

· Prepares bid proposals along with necessary bid requirements (i.e., work plans, schedules and bid breakdowns).

· Reviews project documents and develops take-offs per plans, project specifications, schematics, etc.

· Creating an estimate of materials and labor costs based on the scope of the job, including any materials that need to be purchased and any equipment that needs to be rented or purchased.
